Refund and cancellation policy

FilingChecker sells digital products and online services only. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are on our pricing page.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with something you bought, email [email protected] within 14 days of paying, with the email address you paid with. We'll refund the full amount. You don't have to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

Charged twice, or paid but nothing unlocked

Email us and we'll either unlock what you paid for or refund the payment in full, whichever you prefer. Duplicate charges are always refunded, whenever you tell us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations

Our paid products are one-off payments, so there is nothing to cancel later. Until your payment completes you can cancel by simply closing the payment page; you won't be charged.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don't normally refund, except for duplicate charges or where the law gives you a right to one. The result of your own dispute, appeal, claim or filing doesn't by itself give a right to a refund.
