Shipping and delivery policy

FilingChecker sells digital products and online services only. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive what you buy

After you pay you're returned to the page you bought from, and the full penalty relief kit unlocks straight away in your browser. You can then copy, print or save it. Nothing is sent by post or courier.

Delivery time

Immediately, usually within a minute of payment. If it hasn't unlocked within 30 minutes of paying, email us with the email address you paid with. We'll deliver it within 24 hours or refund you in full.

Worldwide. Everything is delivered online.

Using another device

Purchases unlock on the device and browser you paid from. If you need it on another device, email us and we'll help.
